Online Mindfulness Meditation Week Three

This week we're continuing to work with the beautiful Mindfulness of the Breath meditation. In the videos and handout below I talk all about the thinking mind, the problem with excessive thinking that often occurs when we're under chronic stress and the antidotes for excessive thinking. Then I go on to talk a little bit about our preparation for meditation and touch on how to deal with thoughts when we're meditating.
