Exercise – Making it Fun!

When I was a couch potato, exercise was something I knew was good for me and was a habit I fully intended to start.  Soon.  I struggled to comprehend the experience of those exercise devotees who raved on about how exercise was a part of their lives.

I used to wonder what planet they were on.

Now that I am on the same planet, I can tell you that it is so much easier just deciding to make it one of my day to day habits, a bit like brushing my teeth.  I can reap the benefits and drop the guilt.

Making exercise fun helps keep that exercise habit going.  Watch the video below to see just how much fun it can be to burn off 2000 calories.  While I am sure you don’t have quite the same equipment, I know it will make you smile!
